She has specialised in carrying out effective classes where the body works through everything from strength, balance, conditioning to co-ordination, body control and breathing. Hallvar has for the last 8 years worked as an elite personal trainer in Los Angeles. He has a background in soccer, a degree from Norwegian school of Sports science, and is the founder of a youth soccer club in LA. He also works with several professional soccer players from Europe.

Rune Solheim has worked as a personal trainer since 2007. After 10 years of running "Mykje Meir" (training studio) in Asker, he is now working as a personal trainer full-time, as well as online training at Naardic. Rune is a supporter of basic training, where motivation, control and feeling of success are key words.
Cathrine has been group training instructor for over 20 years, in many different disciplines. Common for all of her classes is that they are playful and with catchy music.
Silje har vært i treningsbransjen siden 2004, og har siden den gang utviklet seg til å bli en allsidig trener innenfor flere felt. Som instruktør er Silje opptatt av god formidling og klassene har alltid en god pedagogisk oppbygning med gjennomtenkt bevegelsesmønster. Silje underviser i alt fra koreografi til musikk, styrke og ulike retninger innenfor yoga.
