In general, we don’t use any equipment in these sessions, the resistance comes from our own body. It is simple and very fun. Sometimes we use a resistance band or minibands as well as slide pads that can easily be replaced with cloths or socks. It is always wise to have a mat on the floor.
It can be quite a hard session, but it tends to suit most people!
Bring your whole family and let’s train! Everyone is in the same room and stands in front of the same PC/TV.
We create exercises that the kids can join in on and we experience effort and sweat all together. The focus is mostly on the kids.
