Nathalie Tonga

Nathalie is a certified meditation teacher, yoga teacher and pranayama supervisor and is passionate about using meditation, breathing and movement as tools to regulate the nervous system. 


During Nathalie's classes, you will be greeted calmly and given the opportunity to explore what is moving inside, so that you can give your best to the outside. You are guided kindly through various exercises that aim to give you space and short breathing breaks in a hectic everyday life.

Bjørn Ballangrud

Bjørn Ballangrud

Bjørn har vært hovedtrener for landslaget i utforsykling i 6år, samt jobbet som trener for NTG Lillehammer Terrengsykkel i 8år. Han har utdanning fra NTNU og Olympiatoppen og selv vært aktiv terrengsyklist siden 90-tallet.

Arnulf Refsnes

Arnulf is the CEO and founder of Naardic. His fitness education is from the Norwegian Royal Navy where he also served as a fitness teacher.

Chloë Nemier

Chloë is a trained dancer and fitness professional from Canada. She delivers creative high-energy Pilates and Yoga classes.

Karoline er fagansvarlig kosthold og ernæring i Roede AS. Hun har jobbet i Roede som kursleder i nesten 10år.
