Hallvar Sigmundstad

Hallvar has for the last 8 years worked as an elite personal trainer in Los Angeles. He has a background in soccer, a degree from Norwegian school of Sports science, and is the founder of a youth soccer club in LA. He also works with several professional soccer players from Europe. 

 

His training is very much focused on functional strength, and believes in finding everyone’s inner athlete, regardless of level and age.

Nathalie Tonga

Nathalie is a certified meditation teacher, yoga teacher and pranayama supervisor and is passionate about using meditation, breathing and movement as tools to regulate the nervous system. 


During Nathalie's classes, you will be greeted calmly and given the opportunity to explore what is moving inside, so that you can give your best to the outside. You are guided kindly through various exercises that aim to give you space and short breathing breaks in a hectic everyday life.

Bjørn Ballangrud

Bjørn har vært hovedtrener for landslaget i utforsykling i 6år, samt jobbet som trener for NTG Lillehammer Terrengsykkel i 8år. Han har utdanning fra NTNU og Olympiatoppen og selv vært aktiv terrengsyklist siden 90-tallet.
