Annema Refsnes has worked as a personal trainer for the last 12 years. She has specialised in carrying out effective classes where the body works through everything from strength, balance, conditioning to co-ordination, body control and breathing.
She is a certified Kettlebell instructor and is extremely good at combining heavy Kettlebell exercises with effective body weight exercises. She is also brilliant at varying both exercises and sessions so that you never get bored. All classes have exercises for different levels so that you can join no matter what physical form you are in.
