Rebecca is a certified yoga teacher in Ashtanga, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Senior and kids yoga. Rebecca is a happy and passionate teacher who likes to spread good energy to everyone around her. She teaches in English and Norwegian. Rebecca´s main practice is Ashtanga yoga, but she believes that variety is the key to a healthy body and a healthy mind. Her goal as a yoga teacher is to make yoga accessible to all ages and levels.

Med sine 20 år i treningsbransjen, har Helle gjennom lederroller, som PT, instruktør og kursholder opparbeidet seg en bred kompetanse, og samtidig beholdt lidenskapen for den. Hennes fremtoning på timer er pedagogisk, tydelig og inkluderende. Her skal alle finne sin plass. Hun er opptatt av at fysisk aktivitet blir et positivt innslag i hverdagen, og at trening kan bli en god vane og noe man gleder seg til. Tren smartere, ikke hardere!
