Anne has 10 years experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Anne's classes are ever changing, challenging and efficient for anyone. She is at her best when she can communicate the joy of fitness, and will inspire you to give that little extra.

Anne cares alot about variety and balance in everyday life, and does excercises in all kinds of excercises from heavy weigths to calming yoga. In addition to health and wellbeing, Anne has a huge passion for cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.
