Utdrag fra annonsen på Finn.no:
As the CFO for Naardic, your primary focus areas will include:
- Leading the process of raising funds in collaboration with the CEO. Potential investors will comprise international venture capitalists (VCs) and family offices. Your analysis, high-quality presentations, and network will be crucial in securing over 100 million NOK in the next three years.
- Overseeing Naardic's marketing strategies and ensuring their effectiveness. Our marketing ROI and the Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) to Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) ratio are excellent. We aim to maintain these standards.
- Supervising the work of our external accountant and auditor. You should have sufficient knowledge in accounting to ensure that their work is not only accurate but also strategically astute.
Key Personal Traits:
- We consider ourselves nice, easy-going people. Believing that fun at work leads to more productivity, we view a positive attitude as non-negotiable.
- We need a proactive individual. This role is not suitable for someone who prefers only to oversee others' work rather than being hands-on.
- Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of a start-up. Naardic has established product/market fit, but scaling both domestically and internationally will involve a mix of joy, challenges, hard work, and considerable uncertainty.
- Effective communication is crucial. You must be skilled in conveying important information to various stakeholders including the board, current investors, potential investors, and the Naardic team.
- A keen interest in the health and fitness sector is important. We possess extensive knowledge in fitness and healthcare, and your enthusiasm for participating in these discussions will make you an even more valued team member.
Background and Education:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and, preferably, Norwegian.
- Hands-on experience in raising capital from professional investors.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a venture capital (VC) firm, investment firm, corporate finance, or management consulting. Experience in a startup environment is also highly valued.
- Advanced education in economics, such as a Master's (MA) or Bachelor's (BA) degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
