Annema Refsnes

If it's fitness inspiration you're after, look no further! Annema Refsnes has long been one of Oslo's most popular PTs and has over 12 years of experience in everything from training pregnant women, training after childbirth, Kettlebell training, traditional strength training, Hiit training, mobility, stretching and animal flow. Annema means that training should be about how you feel, not how you look. Become strong from the inside out.

Rune

Rune Solheim

If you struggle to reach your goals or need help to get started, Rune Solheim is your man. He has worked as PT, among others at Mykjemeir together with Yngvar Andersen, for 15 years and has extensive experience, great knowledge and all the tools to help you get where you want to go. Rune means it is about moderate continuity in training and therefore place emphasis on find your inner motivation to achieve this. Rune has long experience from versatile strength training (with or without equipment), rehab, prehab and not least running.

Inger

Inger Eik Ravndal

Inger is an energetic, positive and committed personal trainer. Training should be fun, simple and effective. She has a versatile training background with love for strength and bodyweight sessions. She has good experience in creating and coaching effective training sessions that both challenge strength and heart rate. Inger works daily with training as an instructor in Naardic, basic strength teacher Wang Ung Stavanger and with senior groups.

Anne

Anne Wangensteen

Anne wants to make training as motivating and effective as possible. Whether it is help to plan an active week, become stronger, more flexible, lose weight or participate in a competition, Anne use concrete tools that will get you to the finish line. She offers physical training, training plans with follow-up and dietary guidance both physically and online. This can be done 1-1 or in a group.

Med over et tiår i bransjen som personlig trener og sertifisert pilates matteinstruktør fra TheRoom, er jeg her for å lede deg mot en sunnere og mer aktiv livsstil. Min erfaring, kombinert med utdanningen fra NIAK 2014, gir meg et solid grunnlag for å skreddersy treningsprogrammer som passer dine individuelle behov. Fra å øke hverdagsaktiviteten til å tilby varierte treningsformer som kroppsvektøvelser, pulserende intervaller og pilates, er mitt mål å inspirere og veilede deg mot varige livsstilsendringer. Sammen kan vi forme din vei mot et mer vitalt og balansert liv.

Marthe Kristina Ellefsen

(Maternity leave untill august 2024) Marthe is a qualified sports teacher, works as a muscle therapist and love to spread the joy of training. She has over 10 years' experience as an instructor in various training such as Pilates (her great passion), snowboarding, football and general strength. For Marthe, it is important to show her customers and clients that ALL bodies can. Regardless of starting point, shape, injuries, age or weight. With Marthe, you will also learn the small details of your training that give you understanding and mastery. She also offers maternity training and training for pregnant women. With Marthe, you can book 1-1 or small groups.

Chloë Nemier

Come away from the mat feeling more embodied and confident. Chloë offers private training in Pilates and Yoga, creating a supportive space and giving you the tools you need to explore movement safely. Improve body awareness, strength, mobility and flexibility. Chloë offers training 1-1 and small groups both physically and online.

Hanne Herland

Ønsker du livsstilsendring, kan Hanne hjelpe deg med alt fra styrke, kondisjon, kosthold, yoga og meditasjon. Hanne har jobbet som personlig trener og instruktør i over 8 år og er kjent for sitt smittende positive vesen. Hennes store lidenskap er å inspirere folk til å finne treningsglede, få en kropp uten vondter med mer livsglede og energi. Hanne er autorisert Yoga instruktør (RYT540) fra Thailand og Indonesia i Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga med massasje, hatha og prenatal yoga. Hun har også en master i entreprenørskap og innovasjon, med spesialisering i trening og ernæring i Australia. Hanne kan tilby private timer 1:1, 1:2 og små grupper fysisk eller online. Hun tilbyr også 30 min. meditasjon og/eller pusteteknikker og avspenning.
