Join a lunch workout with Naardic! 

Every week, we have in total nine different lunch classes between 11.00 and 13.00 you can attend to give yourself a break from work. This will leave you with a better ability to cope with stress, more energy, increased wellbeing and better chance of achieving what you envision for that day.

Monday - Pilates with Marthe at 12.15 (30 min)


Tuesday - Slow Flow Yoga at 11.00 (40 min)
