Nathalie is a certified meditation teacher, yoga teacher and pranayama supervisor and is passionate about using meditation, breathing and movement as tools to regulate the nervous system. In our hectic society, the majority are under a lot of pressure and stress without even being aware of it.
During Nathalie's classes, you will be greeted calmly and given the opportunity to explore what is moving inside, so that you can give your best to the outside. You are guided kindly through various exercises that aim to give you space and short breathing breaks in a hectic everyday life. When we stress down, we can focus better, we perform better, and we sleep better.
