What do I need to get started with Naardic?
Not much! You need a device to watch the classes from, i.e. your phone or laptop. Ideally, you have your camera turned on in order for the trainer to give you some feedback during the class. Most of our classes don’t require any equipment, but we do recommend having a training map available.
Are the classes live or recorded?
All our classes are recorded, so if you miss your favorite live class, you can watch the recording anytime you want. The recordings are available for 30 days and are easily found by scrolling backwards in our schedule. In this way, we kind of have an endless video library that is continuously updated!
Can I work out anytime?
Absolutely! Start with our 30-day free trial and experience it yourself.
What if I’ve never worked out before?
We’ve got you! In our schedule, you find lots of low intensity and beginner workouts. Use the filter to look for suitable classes. With that being said, you are welcome to join all classes and make necessary adjustments. If you want some extra care, maybe check out our Premium membership or book a private session with one of our amazing personal trainers.
Can I try a class for free?
Absolutely! Start with our 30-day free trial and join as many workouts you want during this period at no cost. You will get hooked though and then continue with your paid membership.
