She has been one of Oslo's most sought after PTs for a long time, and has more than 12 years experience from many different aspects of training: pregnancy and post-partum, Kettlebells, traditional strength training, HIIT, mobility, stretching and flow.

If you are struggling to reach your goals or need help getting started, then the experienced Rune Solheim is your man. He has worked as a PT for 15 years, including with Yngvar Andersen at Mykjemeir. He has the broad experience, deep knowledge and all the tools required to get you where you want to go.

Rune believes it's about moderation and continuity in training and therefore emphasizes finding your inner motivation to achieve this. It's about making the right choices and prioritizing health. Rune has experience from versatile strength training (with or without equipment), rehab, prehab and not least running, which he practices himself and is truly passionate about.

Inger Eik Ravndal

Inger is an energetic, positive and engaged personal trainer. Training should be fun, simple and effective. She has a versatile training background with a love for strength and bodyweight sessions.

She has good experience creating and coaching effective training sessions that challenge both strength and cardio. Inger works daily as an online PT and instructor at Naardic, basic strength teacher at Wang Ung Stavanger and with senior groups.

Book 25 minutes personal training for NOK 499 or a small group 50 minutes for NOK 1500.

Karoline counsels on most obesity-related diseases and conditions, and has specialized expertise in eating disorders.

Marthe is a trained PE teacher, works as a muscle therapist and loves to spread the joy of exercise. She has over 10 years of experience as an instructor in various training disciplines including Pilates (her great passion), snowboarding, football and general strength training.

For Marthe, it's important to show her customers and clients that ALL bodies can. Regardless of starting point, shape, injuries, age or weight. With Marthe, you will also learn the small details about your training that give you understanding and mastery. She also offers postnatal training and training for pregnant women.

You can book Marthe for one-to-one or small group sessions.

Hanne Herland

If you want a lifestyle change, Hanne can help you with everything from strength, conditioning, nutrition, yoga and meditation. Hanne has worked as a personal trainer and instructor since 2014, and is known for her infectious positive nature. Her great passion is to inspire people to find joy in exercise, get a body without pain with more joy of life and energy.

Hanne is an authorized Yoga instructor (RYT540) from Thailand and Indonesia in Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga with massage, hatha and prenatal yoga. She also has a master's degree in entrepreneurship and innovation, with specialization in training and nutrition from Australia.

Hanne offers private lessons one to one, two-person and small groups, online or at location. She also offers 30 minute meditation, breathwork and relaxation sessions.
