If you’re looking for training inspiration, look no further than our founder and trainer Annema Refsnes. She has long been one of Oslo’s most sought-after PTs and has over 12 years of experience in everything from training pregnant women + post-natal training, Kettlebell training, traditional strength training, Hiit training, mobility, stretching and animal flow.

Annema believes that training should be about how you feel, not how you look. Get strong from the inside out.

Anne Wangensteen

Anne wants to make training as motivating and effective as possible. Whether it’s help planning an active week, getting stronger, more flexible, reducing weight or participating in a competition, Anne is focused on concrete tools that will get you to the finish line.

Anne offers physical training, training plans with follow-up, and dietary guidance both physically and online. This can be done 1-1 or in a group.

Rune Solheim

If you are struggling to reach your goals or need help getting started, experienced Rune Solheim is your man. He has worked as a PT, including at Mykjemeir with Yngvar Andersen, for 15 years and has broad experience, great knowledge and all the tools to help you get where you want to be.

Rune believes it’s about moderate continuity in training and therefore emphasizes finding your inner motivation to achieve this. It’s about making the right choices and prioritizing health. Rune has experience from versatile strength training (with or without equipment), rehab, prehab and not least running, which he does himself and is really passionate about.

Inger Eik Ravndal

Inger is an energetic, positive and dedicated personal trainer. Training should be fun, simple and effective. She has a versatile training background with a love for strength and bodyweight sessions.

She has good experience in creating and coaching effective training sessions that challenge both strength and pulse. Inger works daily as an online PT and instructor at Naardic, basic strength teacher at Wang Ung Stavanger and with senior groups.

Karoline Steenbuch

Karoline has a master’s degree in community nutrition and has been working with dietary guidance for many years. She helps everyone from those who want to lose just a few kilos, and/or make small changes in their diet, to those who want to lose many kilos and/or make big changes in their diet.

Karoline guides around most obesity-related diseases and conditions, and has special expertise in eating disorders.

Karoline also guides active athletes to optimize their diet.

Marthe Ellefsen

Marthe is a qualified Sports Teacher, works as a Muscle Therapist and loves to spread the joy of training. She has over 10 years of experience as an instructor in various training disciplines such as Pilates (her great passion), snowboarding, football and general strength.

For Marthe, it is important to show her customers and clients that ALL bodies can. Regardless of starting point, shape, injuries, age or weight. With Marthe, you will also learn the small details around your training that give you understanding and mastery. She also offers postpartum training and training for pregnant women.

With Marthe you can book 1:1 or small groups.

Hanne Herland

If you want a lifestyle change, Hanne can help you with everything from strength, fitness, diet, yoga and meditation. Hanne has worked as a personal trainer and instructor since 2010, and is known for her infectious positive nature. Her great passion is to inspire people to find the joy of training, get a body without aches and pains with more joy of life and energy.

Hanne is an authorized Yoga instructor (RYT540) from Thailand and Indonesia in Vinyasa yoga, yin yoga with massage, hatha and prenatal yoga. She also has a master’s degree in entrepreneurship and innovation, with a specialization in training and nutrition in Australia.

Hanne can offer private sessions 1:1, 1:2 and small groups physically or online. She also offers 30 min. meditation and/or breathing techniques and relaxation.

Training for everyone

Our experienced instructors ensure that the strength training is adapted to your level. They show alternatives for both lighter and heavier versions of the exercises, so you can always find a version that suits you. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will notice that the exercises are suitable for your level.

Training with equipment

We have training sessions both with and without the use of equipment. The equipment you need for the session is stated under “info” on each session. If you are missing equipment, just pop into our online store. Here you will find manuals, kettlebells, elastics and other useful things for various workouts.
