Silje has over 20 years experience as an instructor and trainer. She has a Master’s in basis training from Norway’s Sports Academy and is a founder of the training concept BasisBall.
Silje is passionate about basis, the foundation of all movement. As a trainer, she is focused on creating good conditions for effective movement, making you more aware and preventing injuries. This then enables higher enjoyment of training itself. Silje makes basis training fun and playful. Trough her exercises, you will become more aware and learn that small adjustments can make your traing much more effective.
