They show alternatives for both lighter and heavier versions of the exercises, so you can always find a version that suits you. Whether you are a beginner or experienced, you will notice that the exercises are suitable for your level.

Training with equipment

We have training sessions both with and without the use of equipment. The equipment you need for the session is stated under “info” on each session. If you are missing equipment, just pop into our online store. Here you will find manuals, kettlebells, elastics and other useful things for various workouts.
