We work with basic lifts such as: Deadlifts Squats Chest press Rowing exercises, pullups, lunges, presses and other support exercises You should have a bar/trap bar or heavy weights/kettlebells and preferably a squat rack. You can join without, but for the best strength session it is recommended to use a rack. If you don't have a bar/rack for pullups etc. you can use equaliser bars, trx/sling, cable rowing or switch to heavy rowing with weights. The programme is the same for all 6 weeks - so you actually have time to get better and stronger.

Marthe is detail-orientated in her classes, and if you follow the instructions you will be surprised at how effective Pilates is! It's advantageous if you've done some Pilates training and are familiar with the basic principles.
