You'll need a mobile phone, a tablet or a PC/Mac. A training mat is also nice to have, but beyond that you're good to go!

Both! All classes are live, you can book in and join at the specified time or watch it in recordings afterwards for up to 4 weeks. In other words, a living video library.

Absolutely! We have classes from morning to evening, which can be organised at your convenience!

No problem at all! We have classes for all levels. Look for classes labelled "Low threshold" to get you off to a good start.

You can test as many hours as you can for free for 30 days by registering a user. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged for the membership.
