Unlike most forms of online training, Naardic is designed so that the trainer can watch you do the exercises, give you feedback, and cheer you on. A much more personalised experience than YouTube videos. However, if you're having a bad hair day or your living room is a mess, just switch off the camera.

You don't need a lot of space

Our workouts are designed to be done anywhere, including on a mat in front of the TV in your living room. If you have access to some equipment, that's even better, but you'll be fine without it. As a member, you get a discount on training equipment from Sportsmaster, so you can buy what you need.
