Yngvar Andersen has 20 years' experience as a trainer and is Norway's best-known fitness profile. He gives you effective and fun circuit sessions that on short time makes you both stronger and faster. 

At Yngvar's, no two sessions are ever quite the same, but he customises the exercises so that everyone can take part regardless of their fitness level. Yngvar is renowned, if not infamous, for always getting you to go the extra mile so that you get the most out of your session.
