Nathalie Tonga is certified in, among other things, meditation, Hatha, Yin, Yoga and Pranayama, and is passionate about using meditation, breathing and movement as tools to regulate the nervous system.
Nathalie is Norwegian, lives in Australia and teaches in English and Norwegian
In Nathalie's classes, you'll be met with calm and given the opportunity to explore what's happening on the inside so that you can give your best on the outside. You'll be gently guided through a variety of exercises that aim to give you space and breathing space in a hectic everyday life.

Yoga Nidra
This is a guided meditation technique performed lying down and is the perfect way to end the day. Brush your teeth before class and be guided into deep relaxation while lying on the floor or in bed. Then you're ready for a good night's sleep.

Tension Release
We use tennis balls and possibly blocks to massage, stretch and loosen up muscle and connective tissue (myofascia). Great for relieving tension, easing muscle pain and getting blood circulation going.
