Anne has over 10 years' experience as a fitness instructor, personal trainer and dietician. Anne's training sessions are varied, challenging and effective, adapted to all levels. She's at her best when she's able to convey the joy of training and inspire you to go the extra mile.
Anne is passionate about variety and balance in her everyday life, and she trains everything from heavy strength sessions to yoga. In addition to health and wellbeing, Anne has a great passion for food and loves to experiment in the kitchen.
