Rune Solheim has worked as a PT since 2007. He has run the PT studio Mykjemeir Asker for a 10-year period, before now working independently as a PT and online at Naardic.
Rune is in favour of simple training, where mastery, control and motivation are key words. You can expect to spend hours with a calm, balanced trainer who sees you. Rune is a marathon and ultra-runner himself and is happy to take individual PT sessions with running coaching!

Strong runner
Running is more fun if you have strong legs and a strong core. In this class, we'll focus on strength exercises that can prevent injuries and improve your running technique. But, runner or not, we promise you a great workout!

Morning Circuit
The circle addresses the whole body and here we build muscle, get stronger, burn lots of fat and improve fitness. Quite simply a great start to the day. Your heart rate gets pretty high - whether you're a beginner, young, old or super fit.
With simple adaptations along the way, this class is suitable for absolutely everyone. Sometimes we use long knitwear and minibands in this class - bring them if you have them!
