We have interval sessions that really get your heart rate up, strength sessions that give you super power in everyday life, or you can take a completely calm yoga session before bedtime.

The training isn't just streamed video - we have that too, but the best way to train at home with Naardic is the live sessions, where the trainer can watch you and give you feedback on the exercises.

Exercise at home, with friends who are not members

Once you've booked a training session with Naardic, you can invite up to four friends to train with you - for free! You'll have your own 'locker room' where you can greet each other before your workout and talk to each other during the session, without anyone hearing you. A great way to have an active chat with friends or family who live far away!
