By including mobility and flexibility classes in your training (good, old-fashioned stretching), you can prevent injuries from both training and everyday activities. Did you know, for example, that many back problems can be linked to tight thigh and hip muscles? Naardic’s schedule has the solution.

Technique is the key to success

Good technique is important in kettlebell training. Our trainers focus on correct form before increasing weight, and provide individual adaptation of exercises. We emphasize good warm-up and cool-down to avoid injuries.

Effective training

You can train the whole body in one session, build both strength and fitness at the same time, and achieve results with shorter sessions. It is suitable for beginners, because the movements seem natural and are easy to learn correctly. At the same time, it can be a good way to break through plateaus in training for advanced athletes.

We have the equipment

For those of you who want to train at home, we offer a wide selection of kettlebells in our online store. We recommend weights of 8-12 kg for women, and 12-16 kg for men as a good starting point. If your budget allows, we recommend that you buy three sizes: a light, a heavy and a medium weight.
