This is a pure strength programme with a focus on progression and technique. No jumps, no pulse, no confusion - just good, heavy lifting and a structured plan. We work with basic lifts such as: Deadlifts Squats Chest press Rowing exercises, pullups, lunges, presses and other support exercises You should have a bar/trap bar or heavy weights/kettlebells and preferably a squat rack. You can join without, but for the best strength session it is recommended to use a rack. If you don't have a bar/rack for pullups etc. you can use equaliser bars, trx/sling, cable rowing or switch to heavy rowing with weights. The programme is the same for all 6 weeks - so you actually have time to get better and stronger.

Dette er et rendyrket styrkeprogram med fokus på progresjon og teknikk. Ingen hopp, ingen puls, ingen forvirring – bare gode, tunge løft og en strukturert plan. Soma Move is a dynamic mobility and strength class. The whole body is exercised in a soft and supple way, and we challenge balance, strength and heart rate throughout the session. The class lasts 50 minutes and follows the same programme for 4-6 weeks before it changes. Music is an important element that energises the class. A stronger core improves your posture and increases co-operation with your body. "Core Control" is a workout that focuses on building a stronger core. Each exercise targets specific abdominal/back muscles, while other parts of the body also receive the necessary attention. The goal is to get the collaboration of supporting muscles in place, thus relieving shoulders, neck, wrists, lower back, etc. in other training classes and everyday life.

This is a Kettlebell session for those who may not have trained much with kettlebells before. Here we focus a lot on good technique. Perfect for beginners who don't know Kettlebell training and for the advanced who wanted to hone their form. All you need is 1-2 kettlebells.

Om du ikke har stang/stativ til pullups ol kan du bruke equalizer bars, trx/slynge, kabel ro eller bytte til tunge ro med vekter Programmet er det samme i alle 6 uker – slik at du faktisk rekker å bli bedre og sterkere.

Pulsen blir fort ganske så høy – uansett om du er nybegynner, ung, eldre eller supersprek. Med enkle tilpasninger underveis passer denne timen for absolutt alle. Vi bruker mest kroppsvekt, men av og til tar vi i bruk strikker og slides (eller grytekluter).

This class offers a perfect combination of mobility, strength and cardio for a complete and balanced workout. We recommend that you bring 1-2 free weights or kettlebells. Choose a weight that gives you the right load for exercises such as shoulder press, rowing and bicep curl for the upper body, as well as a heavier weight for exercises such as squats, lunges and deadlifts for the lower body.

The session consists of bodyweight exercises - both basic and combination exercises - suitable for all ages and levels. We prioritise good technique over speed, and each repetition is performed in a controlled manner to ensure full range of motion and optimal effect. Throughout the class, we work on mobility, balance, core strength and functional strength, in line with the Directorate of Health's recommendations. This is an important investment in your health - whatever your age! No shortcuts, just solid and sustainable training for a stronger body and better body control.

The class consists of a warm-up followed by a main part where we alternate between exercises that challenge strength and mobility in a smart and safe way without any equipment. This is the class for you if you want more body control and a strong and flexible body!

Soma Move is a dynamic mobility and strength class. The whole body is exercised in a soft and supple way, and we challenge balance, strength and heart rate throughout the session. The class lasts 50 minutes and follows the same programme for 4-6 weeks before it changes. Music is an important element that energises the class. Soma Move is suitable for everyone, but preferably for those who have exercised a little before.

A kettlebell class that is best suited to those who have previously trained with kettlebells. Hard classes with a focus on good technique and play with variation and intensity. You need 1-2 kettlebells. We recommend a minimum of 1-2 KB that you can push with a straight arm + 1-2 KB that are heavier. If you are experienced with kettlebells, feel free to bring one or two sets of double balls.

HOW TO GET STARTED WITH HOME FITNESS
Trening trenger ikke være overveldende. 10-15 minutter kan være nok til å snu dagen. Styrketrening er helt avgjørende for at du skal føle deg sterk, både fysisk og mentalt.
