You need a mobile, a tablet or a Mac/PC. An exercise mat is also handy, but otherwise you're already good to go!
Are the classes live or recorded?
Both! All our classes our live, and you can join them when they're scheduled. But you can also see them in a recording up to 4 weeks later. It's a living video library!
Can I work out any time?
Absolutely! We have classes from early morning to late evening, and you can do them whenever you want.
What if I'm new to exercise?
No problem! We have classes for all levels. Look for the ones categorized as "Beginner" and you'll get a good start.
Can I try a class for free?
You can try all the classes you want for 30 days, by signing up for the free trial. If you cancel during your trial, we won't charge you anything.
