Etter 12 \u00e5r i byen flyttet hun tilbake til Norge, hvor hun i dag jobber som PT og instrukt\u00f8r ved Studio Jobbsprek p\u00e5 \u00d8kern Portal og Aker Brygge p\u00e5 fulltid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hun underviser et bredt spekter av timer, blant annet pilates, mobilitet, stretch, styrketrening, boksing, gravidtrening og barseltrening. I tillegg har hun videreutdanning innen trening i overgangsalderen gjennom Inspartum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Med erfaring fra b\u00e5de fysiske og digitale treningskonsepter m\u00f8ter Emelia deltakere p\u00e5 ulike niv\u00e5er og med ulike m\u00e5l.
