Hun brenner for trygge, gjennomf\u00f8rbare vaner som gir kroppen litt mer \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 \u2013 ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 krevende dager.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Sm\u00e5, gjennomf\u00f8rbare grep i hverdagen kan st\u00f8tte kroppen og behandlingen. N\u00e5r kroppen er under press, blir nok og riktig ern\u00e6ring ekstra viktig \u2013 den gir byggesteiner til restitusjon, stabilt energiniv\u00e5 og bedre toleranse for behandling. De erstatter ikke medisinen, men kan hjelpe deg \u00e5 t\u00e5le bedre, st\u00e5 sterkere og p\u00e5virke risikofaktorer. Og kanskje viktigst av alt &#8211; gi deg tilbake f\u00f8lelsen av styring og styrke.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Husk at dette er generell informasjon. Snakk alltid med legen eller behandlingsteamet som kjenner deg og din situasjon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ernaering-som-hjelper-kroppen\"><strong>Ern\u00e6ring som hjelper kroppen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e5let er enkelt: st\u00f8tte kroppen gjennom behandling. Det handler om \u00e5 holde vekten mest mulig stabil, forebygge underern\u00e6ring, lindre plagsomme symptomer og st\u00f8tte s\u00e5rtilheling. Det finnes ingen fasit som passer alle \u2013 behovene varierer med diagnose, behandling og dagsform. Detviktigste er \u00e5 velge mat og drikke du faktisk f\u00e5r i deg, og justere underveis i samr\u00e5d med behandlingsteamet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hva-du-kan-prioritere-i-hverdagen\"><strong>Hva du kan prioritere i hverdagen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenk \u201cnok energi \u2013 nok protein\u201d. Mange opplever at det blir enklere n\u00e5r maten fordeles utover dagen, og velg gjerne myke, milde og energitette alternativer p\u00e5 dager med lav appetitt. Berik maten du allerede liker (f.eks. ekstra olje, n\u00f8ttesm\u00f8r, ost eller proteinpulver), og bruk n\u00e6ringsdrikker i perioder hvis det hjelper. Pr\u00f8v deg frem, og v\u00e6r raus med deg selv \u2013 sm\u00e5 skritt teller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tips-nar-appetitten-er-lav\"><strong>Tips n\u00e5r appetitten er lav<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Velg kj\u00f8lige, myke alternativer som smoothie, yoghurt, puddinger, supper, potet-\/gr\u00f8nnsaksmos<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energip\u00e5fyll i sm\u00e5 porsjoner: \u201cshot\u201d med yoghurt\/smoothie, litt avokado eller n\u00f8ttesm\u00f8r p\u00e5 kjeksen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Del opp m\u00e5ltidene: et par spiseskjeer hver time kan v\u00e6re bedre enn store porsjoner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nar-behandling-gjor-spising-vanskelig\">N\u00e5r behandling gj\u00f8r spising vanskelig<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Munnt\u00f8rrhet, s\u00e5r munn eller vondt \u00e5 svelge<br><\/strong>Kj\u00f8lig, myk og lite krydret mat er ofte snillere. Isbiter\/sorbet kan lindre. God munnpleie er viktig. Tilpass konsistens (most, finhakket) slik at du f\u00e5r i deg nok uten smerte. St\u00e5r du fast? Ta en prat med sykepleier eller klinisk ern\u00e6ringsfysiolog \u2013 sm\u00e5 grep kan gj\u00f8re stor forskjell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kvalme og lukt-\/smaksendringer<br><\/strong>Spis litt og ofte. Kald mat lukter mindre. Test n\u00f8ytrale smaker (havregr\u00f8t, ris, kylling), eller det som faktisk frister \u2013 ogs\u00e5 om det er uvanlig for deg. Hold rommet svalt, og luft ut f\u00f8r m\u00e5ltidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Diar\u00e9<br><\/strong>Fyll p\u00e5 med v\u00e6ske og salter \u2013 sm\u00e5 slurker jevnt over dagen. Velg milde matvarer til det roer seg (ris, banan, yoghurt om du t\u00e5ler, salte kjeks). Avklar medisiner\/tilskudd med helsepersonell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Forstoppelse<br><\/strong>Mer drikke, litt bevegelse og gradvis mer l\u00f8selig fiber (havre, p\u00e6rer, kiwi) kan hjelpe. Noen ganger trengs avf\u00f8ringsmiddel \u2013 avtal dette med teamet ditt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-vaeske-litt-og-ofte\"><strong>V\u00e6ske \u2013 litt og ofte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Drikk jevnt gjennom dagen. Ved oppkast\/diar\u00e9 er sm\u00e5 slurker og eventuelt elektrolyttdrikk bedre enn store mengder vann. Enkelte behandlinger har egne v\u00e6sker\u00e5d \u2013 f\u00f8lg det du har f\u00e5tt beskjed om.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mattrygghet-enkelt-og-trygt\"><strong>Mattrygghet \u2013 enkelt og trygt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>God h\u00e5ndhygiene, rene redskaper, skikkelig varmebehandling av kj\u00f8tt\/egg og \u00e5 unng\u00e5 upasteuriserte produkter reduserer risiko. Egen \u201cneutropen kost\u201d anbefales ikke rutinemessig; vanlige matsikkerhetsregler holder som oftest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-om-kosttilskudd\">Om kosttilskudd<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bruk tilskudd med varsomhet under aktiv behandling. H\u00f8ye doser antioksidanter, urter eller \u201cimmunboostere\u201d kan p\u00e5virke behandlingen eller gi bivirkninger. Vitamin D kan v\u00e6re aktuelt for noen, men vurderes individuelt. Avklar alltid tilskudd med lege eller ern\u00e6ringsfysiolog f\u00f8r du starter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nar-du-trenger-mer-malrettet-hjelp\"><strong>N\u00e5r du trenger mer m\u00e5lrettet hjelp<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f8k hjelp hvis vekten faller over tid, hvis du knapt f\u00e5r i deg mat\/drikke, eller hvis symptomer sperrer for alt du pr\u00f8ver. Du kan f\u00e5 r\u00e5d via sykehuset, kommunal kreftkoordinator, Vardesenteret eller <a href=\"https:\/\/kreftforeningen.no\/rad-og-rettigheter\/kosthold-ved-kreft\/\">Kreftforeningen<\/a>. <strong>Du skal ikke st\u00e5 i dette alene.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-til-deg-som-parorende\"><strong>Til deg som p\u00e5r\u00f8rende<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenk sm\u00e5, milde valg p\u00e5 bordet \u2013 gjerne noe mykt og lettspist \u2013 slik at det er enkelt \u00e5 finne noe som fungerer akkurat i dag. La tempo og mengde styres av den som spiser, og dropp \u201cbare litt til\u201d. Sm\u00e5 seire teller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det viktigste er det du faktisk f\u00e5r i deg i dag. Sm\u00e5, gjennomf\u00f8rbare grep sl\u00e5r perfekte planer som ikke blir brukt.
