Hos oss trenger man ikke gj\u00f8re noe annet enn \u00e5 m\u00f8te opp. Man kan trene i pysjen om man vil, s\u00e5 lenge man er med. Hos Naardic kan man trene&nbsp;<em>mer<\/em>&nbsp;med&nbsp;<em>mindre<\/em>&nbsp;tid brukt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men s\u00e5 er sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let: B\u00f8r man trene korte \u00f8kter flere ganger i uken eller lengre \u00f8kter f\u00e6rre ganger? Det viktigste er den totale tiden man trener i l\u00f8pet av uken, men det finnes likevel mange gode grunner til \u00e5 ha kortere og jevnligere \u00f8kter. Trening gir en mental effekt og mer energi. Da sier det seg selv at det er lurt \u00e5 trene oftere. I tillegg kan rutiner blir s\u00e5rbare om man trener to \u00f8kter i uken. Det har lett for \u00e5 skli ut. Trener man derimot fem ganger i uken, har man litt mer \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5. Det hjelper rett og slett \u00e5 bygge vaner og gode rutiner!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mine topp 3 grunner til \u00e5 trene med Naardic<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Tidsbesparende.&nbsp;<br>Treningen tar kun den tiden selve \u00f8kten tar \u2013 hverken mer eller mindre.&nbsp;<br><br>2. Dedikterte og dyktige trenere.<br>Jeg bruker gruppetimene masse utenom jobb selv, og det er mange gode \u00f8kter med utrolig dyktige trenere.<br><br>3. Kvelds\u00f8kter&nbsp;<br>Om du sliter med s\u00f8vn, anbefaler jeg \u00e5 trene Yoga Nidra eller Yin p\u00e5 kvelden. Puss tennene og gj\u00f8r deg klar til sengen, ta en \u00f8kt yoga og hopp rett i seng etterp\u00e5.
