{"id":1297,"date":"2024-03-13T14:46:19","date_gmt":"2024-03-13T14:46:19","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naardic.no\/?p=1297"},"modified":"2025-12-01T14:47:16","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T14:47:16","slug":"trening-med-mening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/naardic.no\/sv\/2024\/03\/13\/trening-med-mening\/","title":{"rendered":"Trening med mening!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>\u00abLivet blir ikke som f\u00f8r kreftbehandlingen\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det betyr absolutt ikke at livet blir d\u00e5rlig, men det blir annerledes. En av de tingene mange kreftoverlevere skal gjennom etter avsluttet behandling, er \u00e5 bli kjent med kroppen sin p\u00e5 nytt. Du kan ha g\u00e5tt opp eller ned i vekt, mistet h\u00e5r p\u00e5 hele kroppen, mistet muskelmasse, f\u00e5tt arr og kanskje til og med mistet en kroppsdel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg opplever mange kreftoverlevere seneffekter av behandlingen, som for eksempel fatigue, neuropati, lymf\u00f8dem eller smerter. Alle disse plagene kan gj\u00f8re det utfordrende \u00e5 v\u00e6re fysisk aktiv, samtidig som vi vet at nettopp det \u00e5 v\u00e6re i aktivitet kan lindre plagene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I min jobb som sykepleier p\u00e5 Radiumhospitalet gjennom 22 \u00e5r snakket vi ikke mye med pasientene om fysisk aktivitet, de skulle komme seg gjennom behandlingen og etterp\u00e5 var de p\u00e5 mange m\u00e5ter overlatt til seg selv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag driver vi i Kreftkompasset et digitalt nettverk for 80 kreftoverlevere, der mange er opptatt av \u00e5 v\u00e6re fysisk aktive fordi det gir de mestring, energi og det lindrer mange av de plagene de kjenner p\u00e5 etter behandlingen. Noen forteller at det eneste som holder fatiguen deres i sjakk er \u00e5 trene, ikke veldig hardt, men ofte og regelmessig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er ikke bare fysisk mange kreftoverlevere har glede av trening, mange f\u00f8ler seg ogs\u00e5 sterkere mentalt n\u00e5r kroppen er sterkere. Noe som er veldig viktig n\u00e5r du skal p\u00e5 kontroller og kjenne p\u00e5 redsel og frykt for tilbakefall, og i andre utfordrende situasjoner i livet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abI dag v\u00e5kent jeg klokken 06, og isteden for \u00e5 bli liggende i sengen med tankekj\u00f8r stod jeg opp \u00e5 ble med p\u00e5 \u00abMorning yoga\u00bb det ble en god start p\u00e5 dagen.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kreftoverlever i Kreftkompassets nettverk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mange i Kreftkompassets nettverket har tatt i bruk Naardic. Hvorfor fungerer det s\u00e5 bra for kreftoverlevere \u00e5 delta p\u00e5 fysiske aktiviteter digitalt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Kroppen er uforutsigbar og du kan plutselig bli helt tom for energi, derfor vet du ikke om du klarer \u00e5 delta f\u00f8r timen er der. \u00c5 avlyse med en PT rett f\u00f8r timen gang etter gang f\u00f8les ikke bra. Med Naardic har du timen tilgjengelig en hel uke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Mange f\u00f8ler seg ikke vel med \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 treningssenter etter at kroppen er forandret og formen ikke er p\u00e5 topp. Med Naardic blir du sett uten at noen andre enn treneren (eller ingen) ser deg, det f\u00f8les trygt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Bare det \u00e5 skifte til treningskl\u00e6r og komme seg til treningssenteret kan gj\u00f8re at dagens energilager er oppbrukt. N\u00e5 kan du trene i sofaen eller p\u00e5 kj\u00f8kkengulvet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00c5 bli sett og hilst velkommen av en trener n\u00e5r du \u00abkommer inn\u00bb p\u00e5 timen oppleves veldig hyggelig og trygt. Det bidrar til at treningen blir en positiv opplevelse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Du kan g\u00e5 ut av en time n\u00e5r som helst hvis du ikke klarer \u00e5 fullf\u00f8re, og eventuelt gjennomf\u00f8re siste delen senere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Du blir en del av et felleskap, selv om du er hjemme, noe mange kreftoverlevere savner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Mange kreftoverlevere er \u00f8mfintlige for lyder og kan ikke v\u00e6re inne p\u00e5 et treningssenter i mer enn noen minutter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abHar akkurat gjennomf\u00f8rt en \u00abyoga for alle\u00bb time. Svetten renner, og jeg er str\u00e5lende forn\u00f8yd. Har tidligere ogs\u00e5 deltatt p\u00e5 styrke- og kondisjonstime, pilates og meditasjon. Det er veldig kjekt n\u00e5r man kan v\u00e6re med direkte, instrukt\u00f8ren bruker navnet ditt og snakker med deltakerne. Man f\u00f8ler seg som en del av et felleskap hjemme i egen stue. Dessuten er det fint at man kan delta p\u00e5 timer i opptak, n\u00e5r det m\u00e5tte passe.
