Det omfatter en rekke forhold som fremmer rolig, uavbrutt s\u00f8vn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5rlig s\u00f8vn handler ikke bare om \u00e5 f\u00f8le seg tr\u00f8tt dagen etter. Bare \u00e9n natt med d\u00e5rlig s\u00f8vn kan redusere insulinf\u00f8lsomheten med 20-25%, noe som direkte p\u00e5virker din metabolske helse og gj\u00f8r det vanskelig \u00e5 spise sunt. Derfor starter vi alltid med en gjennomgang av pasientens s\u00f8vnvaner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tegn-pa-darlig-sovnhygiene\">Tegn p\u00e5 d\u00e5rlig s\u00f8vnhygiene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Du kan ha d\u00e5rlig s\u00f8vnhygiene hvis du:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Har uregelmessige legge- og oppv\u00e5kningstider<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bruker skjerm kort tid f\u00f8r sengetid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spiser kort tid f\u00f8r du legger deg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drikker koffein eller alkohol p\u00e5 kvelden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sover i et rom som er for varmt, st\u00f8yende eller lyst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Disse vanene kan virke ufarlige hver for seg, men n\u00e5r de blir rutine, kan de p\u00e5virke din s\u00f8vnkvalitet, og derfor ditt healthspan &#8211; perioden av livet du tilbringer i god helse, fri fra kroniske sykdommer og funksjonshemninger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-enkle-steg-for-god-sovnhygiene\">Enkle steg for god s\u00f8vnhygiene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Basert p\u00e5 v\u00e5r tiln\u00e6rming og den nyeste forskningen, her er noen enkle steg for \u00e5 forbedre s\u00f8vnkvaliteten din:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-lag-en-fast-timeplan\"><strong>1. Lag en fast timeplan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Et av de viktigste stegene er \u00e5 opprettholde samme legge- og oppv\u00e5kningstid, selv i helgene (eller med minimalt avvik p\u00e5 cirka en time). Dette hjelper kroppens indre klokke \u00e5 fungere optimalt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-hold-sovemiljoet-ditt-hellig\"><strong>2. Hold sovemilj\u00f8et ditt hellig<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Soverommet ditt b\u00f8r v\u00e6re utelukkende for s\u00f8vn, slik at hjernen ikke forbinder sengen med noe annet (som f.eks. jobb, Netflix eller annet som ikke hjelper deg til \u00e5 sove):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hold det kj\u00f8lig, gjerne mellom 15-19\u00b0C<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bruk m\u00f8rkleggingsgardiner eller en sovemaske for \u00e5 blokkere alt lys<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vurder en hvit st\u00f8y-maskin for \u00e5 maskere forstyrrende lyder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invester i en behagelig madrass og puter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-vaer-bevisst-pa-kveldsrutinen-din\"><strong>3. Daglige vaner som forbedrer nattes\u00f8vnen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00e5 sollys tidlig p\u00e5 morgenen for \u00e5 regulere kroppens indre klokke<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gj\u00f8r fysisk aktivitet regelmessig (men ikke innen 1-2 timer f\u00f8r sengetid)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kutt ut koffein etter lunsj<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Begrens middagsluren til 30 minutter, og ikke sent p\u00e5 dagen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sammenheng-mellom-sovn-og-healthspan\">Sammenheng mellom s\u00f8vn og healthspan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved Klinikk for sunn aldring understreker vi at \u00e5 forlenge ditt healthspan &#8211; ikke bare levetiden &#8211; er m\u00e5let med forebyggende medisin. Dette forbedrer ikke bare din livskvalitet, men gj\u00f8r det ogs\u00e5 lettere \u00e5 ta riktige valg for fysisk aktivitet, ern\u00e6ringsvalg og generelle helse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trening-og-sovnhygiene\">Trening og s\u00f8vnhygiene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som nevnt tidligere, kan regelmessig fysisk aktivitet v\u00e6re et ledd i \u00e5 f\u00e5 god s\u00f8vn. Samtidig er det mange som opplever at intens trening de siste timene f\u00f8r leggetid kan v\u00e6re \u00f8deleggende for s\u00f8vn. Det tar rett og slett litt tid for kroppen \u00e5 roe seg ned etter trening. Det kan derfor v\u00e6re en fordel \u00e5 unng\u00e5 trening p\u00e5 kvelden, eller eventuelt \u00e5 gj\u00f8re en rolig trenings\u00f8kt som <a href=\"https:\/\/naardic.no\/yoga-mindfulness\/\">yoga<\/a> eller <a href=\"https:\/\/naardic.no\/pilates\/\">pilates<\/a>, fremfor tung styrketrening eller intervaller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nar-bor-du-soke-hjelp\">N\u00e5r b\u00f8r du s\u00f8ke hjelp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hvis du har v\u00e6rt konsekvent med god s\u00f8vnhygiene i flere uker uten forbedring, eller hvis du opplever vedvarende tretthet p\u00e5 dagtid, kan det bety en underliggende s\u00f8vnforstyrrelse som krever profesjonell hjelp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-konklusjon\">Konklusjon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f8vn er ikke bare en passiv hviletilstand &#8211; det er en aktiv prosess som er n\u00f8dvendig for cellereparasjon, immunfunksjon, kognitiv bearbeiding og metabolsk helse.
