Her er mine fem beste tips:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong>&nbsp;Er du glad i \u00e5 konkurrere; meld deg p\u00e5 et l\u00f8p som g\u00e5r til v\u00e5ren. Da har du noe konkret \u00e5 jobbe mot gjennom hele vinteren. Konkrete m\u00e5l motiverer, og gj\u00f8r det lettere \u00e5 overvinne d\u00f8rstokkmila p\u00e5 kalde og glatte vinterdager.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong>&nbsp;S\u00f8rg for at du alltid har l\u00f8pet\u00f8yet ditt tilgjengelig og klart. Dersom du m\u00e5 bruke et kvarter p\u00e5 \u00e5 lete etter superundert\u00f8y, luer, hansker, refleksvest etc, gj\u00f8r det d\u00f8rstokkmila lengre.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong>S\u00f8rg for godt feste. N\u00e5r det er glatt og isete ute er det sko med pigger som gjelder. Du kan velge brodder som du trer over skoene, men det beste er \u00e5 bruke sko med pigger. Du kan enten kj\u00f8pe ferdigpiggede sko, eller f\u00e5 pigget et par av de vanlige joggeskoene dine. Er det hardpakket sn\u00f8 og kaldt klarer man seg ofte fint med l\u00f8pesko uten pigger, men det kan v\u00e6re lurt \u00e5 velge et par sko med myk gummi i s\u00e5len, da det gir best feste p\u00e5 sn\u00f8 og glatt underlag.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong>&nbsp;Kle deg riktig. F\u00f8ttene og beina gj\u00f8r mesteparten av jobben og produserer mye varme n\u00e5r vi l\u00f8per. Det er derfor overkroppen det er viktigst \u00e5 holde varm. Velg flere tynne lag framfor et tykt lag. T\u00f8rre luftlag mellom plaggene er det beste isolasjonen vi har. Start med et tynt superundert\u00f8y (enten syntetisk eller ull) innerst. Ytterst b\u00f8r du velge en jakke som holder v\u00e6r og vind ute samtidig som den puster. Mye av varmetapet v\u00e5rt kommer fra hodet, s\u00e5 husk \u00e5 ha p\u00e5 deg lue, som ogs\u00e5 dekker \u00f8rene. Fingrene blir fort kalde n\u00e5r vi l\u00f8per, s\u00e5 husk gode hansker eventuelt votter p\u00e5 de aller kaldeste vinterdagene. Refleksvest b\u00f8r ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re standard.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>OBS! Mange kler seg litt for godt p\u00e5 kalde vinterdager, og ender opp med \u00e5 fryse, fordi de har blitt s\u00f8kkv\u00e5te av svette. Dersom du f\u00f8ler deg god og varm n\u00e5r du st\u00e5r stille utenfor ytterd\u00f8ren din, har du sannsynligvis for mye kl\u00e6r p\u00e5 deg. Husk at du produserer mye varme n\u00e5r du l\u00f8per. Det mest optimale er derfor \u00e5 kle deg slik at du fryser litt n\u00e5r du st\u00e5r stille f\u00f8r l\u00f8peturen har begynt.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5.<\/strong>&nbsp;V\u00e6r kreativ. Du trenger ikke droppe l\u00f8peturen, selv om sn\u00f8en laver ned og du har nysn\u00f8 til kn\u00e6rne. Senk farten og l\u00f8p med h\u00f8ye knel\u00f8ft i sn\u00f8en. Du kommer ikke like langt som p\u00e5 en sn\u00f8fri dag, men kondiseffekten blir minst like god, og du f\u00e5r en ekstra styrke\u00f8kt i tillegg. Ikke bruk mye energi p\u00e5 \u00e5 p\u00f8nske ut de mest optimale trenings\u00f8ktene, for de f\u00e5r vi sjeldent til i en travel hverdag.
