{"id":1393,"date":"2023-01-12T11:41:57","date_gmt":"2023-01-12T11:41:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/naardic.no\/?p=1393"},"modified":"2025-12-01T14:49:29","modified_gmt":"2025-12-01T14:49:29","slug":"smabarnsmor-birgitte-35-har-endelig-fatt-til-a-trene-flere-ganger-i-uken-med-naardic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/naardic.no\/fi\/2023\/01\/12\/smabarnsmor-birgitte-35-har-endelig-fatt-til-a-trene-flere-ganger-i-uken-med-naardic\/","title":{"rendered":"Sm\u00e5barnsmor Birgitte (35) har endelig f\u00e5tt til \u00e5 trene flere ganger i uken med Naardic."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Artikkel fra <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg.no\/annonsorinnhold\/naardic\/slik-kom-birgitte-i-sitt-livs-form-1\/\">VG<\/a>, 9. januar 2023<\/em><br><br>P\u00e5 stuegulvet hjemme p\u00e5 Hamar har Birgitte Wardeberg rullet ut treningsmatten foran TV-en og er klar for en 25-minutters trenings\u00f8kt.&nbsp;Det eneste utstyret hun har med seg er en flaske vann og et par vekter for ekstra intensitet.&nbsp;P\u00e5 skjermen blir hun og de andre deltakerne \u00f8nsket velkommen \u00e9n etter \u00e9n av dagens trener og Naardic-gr\u00fcnder Annema Refsnes.&nbsp;Birgitte og de andre deltakerne blir veiledet gjennom treningen av Annema, som stadig deler tips til hvordan \u00f8velsene kan g\u00e5 opp eller ned i vanskelighetsgrad \u2013 alt etter eget niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-var-skeptisk-til-hjemmetrening\">Var skeptisk til hjemmetrening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Da pandemien traff og Birgitte s\u00e5 seg n\u00f8dt til \u00e5 teste hjemmetrening, var hun til \u00e5 begynne med skeptisk. Om hun tok p\u00e5 seg rollen som egen trener, ble det d\u00e5rlig stemning og hun var streng med seg selv.&nbsp;Da hun bestemte seg for \u00e5 teste Naardic, spurte hun trener Annema om hjemmetrening var effektivt nok.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg trodde jeg kom til \u00e5 savne vektene og stepkassene. Men jeg l\u00e6rte fort at kroppsvekt var mer enn nok, sier hun lattermildt, og legger til at hun aldri har v\u00e6rt i bedre form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag elsker hun friheten og tilgjengeligheten det \u00e5 trene med Naardic gir henne.&nbsp;Endelig har hun f\u00e5tt muligheten til \u00e5 prioritere trening i hverdagen igjen, uten at det g\u00e5r utover familietid eller dagligdagse gj\u00f8rem\u00e5l.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e5 kan jeg logge p\u00e5 30 sekunder f\u00f8r timen starter. Jeg kan skifte til treningst\u00f8y mens instrukt\u00f8ren sier hei, eller hjelpe barna med tannpussen i pausen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-varierte-okter\">Varierte \u00f8kter<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Trenings\u00f8ktene fra Naardic er varierte og varer ofte ikke lenger enn 20-40 minutter. Som deltaker velger man selv om man \u00f8nsker \u00e5 ha kameraet skrudd p\u00e5 eller ikke. \u00d8ktene man kan velge mellom varierer i alt fra lavterskels\u00f8kter som pausegym, rygg- og nakke-rehabilitering, yoga og meditasjon, til styrke, intervaller, l\u00f8ping, yoga, pilates og Zumba for \u00e5 nevne noen. I tillegg er timene spredt utover dagen mellom klokken 06.00 og 22.00, noe som gj\u00f8r at mennesker som lever i en konstant tidsklemme enkelt kan presse inn en trenings\u00f8kt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.naardic.no\/home\/timeplan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sjekk ut v\u00e5r varierte timeplan<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-passer-med-familielivet\">Passer med familielivet<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det hadde v\u00e6rt helt umulig om jeg skulle dratt p\u00e5 trening flere ganger i uken, og blitt borte en time eller to. De korte \u00f8ktene gj\u00f8r at jeg jevnlig kan beholde hverdagsbevegelsen i gang. Det blir ikke tre store \u00f8kter i uken, men heller fem sm\u00e5 halvtimer, og det fungerer s\u00e5 mye bedre med familielivet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mens Birgitte trener, sitter ofte barna ved siden av henne og leker eller gj\u00f8r lekser. Hun synes det er viktig at barna f\u00e5r se at trening er en naturlig del av hverdagen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Aktiviteten blir en del av familielivet, og jeg trenger ikke planlegge at jeg skal dra ut. De kan tasse rundt mens jeg gj\u00f8r \u00f8velsene. Jeg elsker at de ser at jeg har bevegelsesglede, det synes jeg er en fin del av oppveksten deres.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-foler-meg-veldig-privilegert\">\u2013 F\u00f8ler meg veldig privilegert<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At mange kvier seg for \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 treningssenter er ingen hemmelighet, og det kan v\u00e6re mange grunner til det. Det er en f\u00f8lelse ogs\u00e5 Birgitte har kjent p\u00e5.&nbsp;Til tross for at hun selv m\u00f8tte mannen sin p\u00e5 treningssenter, minnes hun at terskelen var stor da hun f\u00f8rst begynte \u00e5 trene p\u00e5 et senter.<br>\u2013 N\u00e5r jeg trener hjemmefra, forholder jeg meg bare til meg selv og instrukt\u00f8ren p\u00e5 skjermen som er glad for \u00e5 se meg.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-roser-trenerne\">Roser trenerne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter at hun fikk \u00f8ynene opp for hjemmetrening, tviler Birgitte p\u00e5 at hun noen gang vil g\u00e5 tilbake til trening p\u00e5 et senter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 For at jeg skal kunne dra hjemmefra for \u00e5 trene kreves det planlegging og koordinasjon, noe som ville resultert i mindre trening, sier hun og fortsetter:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 N\u00e5 er treningen alltid tilgjengelig, og jeg f\u00f8ler meg privilegert som f\u00e5r trene med noen av Norges mest kompetente trenere. B\u00e5de innenfor pilates, l\u00f8ping, kondisjon, styrke og kroppsvekt \u2013 og at jeg f\u00e5r dem rett inn p\u00e5 skjermen i hjemmet mitt \u2013 det er veldig luksus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Birgitte handler mye av treningsgleden om kompetente og engasjerte trenere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Man f\u00e5r liksom alltid et \u00abHei, Birgitte, s\u00e5 fint \u00e5 se deg\u00bb, og jeg tror p\u00e5 dem da! De skryter av det du gj\u00f8r og f\u00e5r til, noe som gj\u00f8r at man g\u00e5r ut av treningen med en god f\u00f8lelse, for noen har lagt merke til hva du fikk til.
