Hva gj\u00f8r dette egentlig med oss?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroppen er skapt for bevegelse, og jo mindre vi beveger oss, desto mindre mobile blir vi. Og jo mindre mobile vi blir, desto vanskeligere vil det v\u00e6re \u00e5 utf\u00f8re hverdagslige aktiviteter som \u00e5 kle p\u00e5 seg, g\u00e5 opp en trapp, l\u00f8fte, b\u00f8ye eller strekke seg. Mobilitetstrening er noe det har v\u00e6rt stort s\u00f8kelys p\u00e5 de seneste \u00e5rene og n\u00e5 forst\u00e5r vi at det ikke er uten grunn. For har vi en kropp som er mobil blir hverdagen s\u00e5 mye bedre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men, hva er egentlig mobilitetstrening?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00f8yning, dynamisk stretch og all type aktivitet som forbedrer bevegelse og fleksibiliteten i kroppen kan vi si er mobilitetstrening. Og dette er noe alle, uansett alder eller kj\u00f8nn b\u00f8r se n\u00e6rmere p\u00e5.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hva slags effekt kan vi f\u00e5 av \u00e5 trene mobilitet?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c5 trene mobilitet vil gi deg en kropp som t\u00e5ler hverdagslige bevegelser bedre. Du minsker faren for rygg-, nakke- og skulderproblemer. Du vil prestere bedre p\u00e5 trening og ikke minst vil det ha en positiv effekt p\u00e5 din mentale helse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ved \u00e5 inkludere noen minutter med bevegelighetstrening vil du kunne:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Forebygge skader. Det vil v\u00e6re mindre sannsynlig at du f\u00e5r en strekk i muskler eller ledd under fysisk aktivitet.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00d8ke din prestasjon. Du kan bevege deg mer effektivt, noe som kan hjelpe deg \u00e5 l\u00f8pe fortere, hoppe h\u00f8yere eller l\u00f8fte tyngre vekter. I tillegg kan bedre mobilitet hjelpe deg med \u00e5 forbedre balanse og koordinasjon.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>F\u00e5 bedre holdning og lindre smerte.&nbsp;Ved \u00e5 inkludere mobilitets\u00f8velser som er rettet mot spesifikke muskelgrupper kan du forbedre holdningen din og lindre smerter i omr\u00e5der som nakke, skuldre og korsrygg.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bli i bedre hum\u00f8r. Trening er kjent for \u00e5 frigj\u00f8re endorfiner som bidrar til bedre hum\u00f8r og redusert stress. Det er sjelden vi angrer p\u00e5 \u00e5 holde kroppen i bevegelse!&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Hva skal man gj\u00f8re?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All trening og fysisk aktivitet vil i utgangspunktet \u00f8ke mobiliteten, men \u00f8nsker man \u00e5 \u00f8ke bevegelsesutslaget betraktelig handler det om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det ofte nok.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her p\u00e5 Naardic har vi lagt alt til rette for at v\u00e5re medlemmer skal kunne \u00f8ke den daglige aktiviteten uten at det kreves altfor mye. Og blir du med p\u00e5 pausegym trenger du ikke en gang \u00e5 skifte til treningst\u00f8y. Unn deg denne 5 minutters \u00abpausen\u00bb med lett stretch og bevegelse som gj\u00f8r godt for b\u00e5de kropp og sjel. Foruten om pausegym som vi har to ganger daglig, har vi ogs\u00e5 flere andre timer som vil bidra til bedre mobilitet. Jeg kan ikke love deg at du ikke blir st\u00f8l, men selv kortere \u00f8kter har mange positive effekter for helsen din.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mobility \u2013 20 min&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denne timen vil p\u00e5 en enkel m\u00e5te hjelpe deg \u00e5 senke stressniv\u00e5et, \u00f8ke bevegeligheten og kan bidra til \u00e5 redusere sjansen for skade.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rygg- og nakkeskole&nbsp;\u2013 20 min<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Holdes av muskelterapeut Marthe Ellefsen&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er en time for deg som plages med vond rygg, nakke eller skuldre \u2013 og for deg som er i forkant og \u00f8nsker \u00e5 unng\u00e5 slike smerter. Her fokuseres det p\u00e5 \u00e5 styrke kjernemuskulatur, effektive holdnings\u00f8velser, pust og t\u00f8ying. Alle \u00f8velsene vil utf\u00f8res st\u00e5ende eller sittende p\u00e5 en stol. S\u00e5 dette kan v\u00e6re et perfekt avbrekk i en hektisk arbeidshverdag p\u00e5 kontoret eller ute i feltet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mobility &amp; Strength \u2013 40 min&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du \u00f8nsker en litt lengre time er dette en helhetlig og sk\u00e5nsom time som passer alle niv\u00e5. Her vil Silje Thorstensen ta deg med p\u00e5 \u00f8velser som utfordrer b\u00e5de styrke og mobilitet p\u00e5 en smart og trygg m\u00e5te.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Stretch &amp; Release \u2013 40 min&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dette er en t\u00f8yningstime for deg som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 \u00f8ke fleksibiliteten og slippe opp spenninger i kroppen. Her vil du l\u00e6re hvordan du trygt kan strekke muskler og ledd ved hjelp av b\u00e5de passive og dynamiske \u00f8velser.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som du n\u00e5 har lest er mobilitetstrening for alle! S\u00e5 uansett om du er veldig aktiv eller stillesittende kan mobilitetstrening hjelpe deg med \u00e5 n\u00e5 treningsm\u00e5lene dine og forbedre livskvaliteten din.
