N\u00e5 har de f\u00e5tt ny motivasjon og mener at flere b\u00f8r gj\u00f8re som dem.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r ekteparet Eva (47) og Ketil Bolstad (50) bestemmer seg for \u00e5 trene, gj\u00f8r de det sammen. Takket v\u00e6re den interaktive treningstjenesten Naardic og deres direktesendte onlinetimer, har treningen aldri v\u00e6rt lettere.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Trener du p\u00e5 et fysisk senter m\u00e5 du reise frem og tilbake, bruke tid i garderoben og p\u00e5 selve treningen. Det er stor forskjell p\u00e5 \u00e5 kunne g\u00e5 rett fra det du holder p\u00e5 med til \u00e5 kunne trene i stuen, forteller Eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naardic.no\/medlemskap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SJEKK UT MEDLEMSKAP HER<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter over 20 \u00e5rs ekteskap velger Ketil og Eva ofte \u00e5 ta Naardic-timene sammen. De opplever at det er enklere og mer motiverende \u00e5 opprettholde treningen med Naardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi pusher hverandre skikkelig. Hvis en av oss viser tegn til ikke \u00e5 ville trene, ender det alltid opp med at vi gjennomf\u00f8rer sammen, forteller Ketil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e6rhet, selv p\u00e5 skjerm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 Naardic er ikke timene bare direkte, men ogs\u00e5 interaktive. Man kan f\u00e5 innspill og tilbakemeldinger fra treneren underveis i \u00f8kten. For ekteparet er det den personlige tilknytningen til treneren som oppleves unik hos Naardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Du kan snakke med trenerne underveis og etter timen for \u00e5 f\u00e5 gode r\u00e5d og tips. Det er nesten som \u00e5 ha en personlig trener i stua, sier Eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rune Solheim har over 16 \u00e5rs fartstid som personlig trener og er selv supermosjonist og maratonl\u00f8per.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Som trener har jeg god oversikt fra skjermen, og det er enkelt \u00e5 gi feedback underveis i \u00f8kten. Det er kult \u00e5 se at folk pusher seg selv i egen stue, forteller han.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kollega i Naardic, Eline Oma, er enig:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er moro \u00e5 f\u00f8lge med p\u00e5 alle som er med p\u00e5 l\u00f8petimer hos oss \u2013 mange av de faste deltakerne har vi p\u00e5 ekte blitt godt kjent med.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og akkurat det har Ketil f\u00e5tt erfare.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Forrige gang jeg trente styrke, spurte treneren meg om hvordan det gikk med kneet mitt som jeg tidligere hadde fortalt var litt vondt. Den personlige f\u00f8lelsen f\u00e5r du ikke p\u00e5 andre treningssentre, mener han.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/naardic.no\/medlemskap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRATISPERIODE VED INNMELDING &#8211; TRYKK HER<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Full av lovord<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r Naardic var Ketils treningsrutine sporadisk.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Hver gang jeg fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 trene p\u00e5 et senter falt jeg alltid av, forteller Ketil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Eva var det motsatt: Hun hadde trent fast p\u00e5 fysiske sentre, men etter at Ketil introduserte henne for det nye online-konseptet, var hun solgt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg har ikke savnet \u00e5 g\u00e5 p\u00e5 treningssenter etter at vi fant Naardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ta med deg treneren p\u00e5 l\u00f8petur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e5r ekteparet har logget seg p\u00e5, tar de p\u00e5 seg yttert\u00f8y, refleksvester og joggesko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketil er overrasket over at ikke flere benytter seg av Naardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er jo s\u00e5 mange som er ute og l\u00f8per! Hadde de visst hvor lett du kan ha med deg et ordentlig l\u00f8peprogram i lomma, tror jeg flere ville pr\u00f8vd Naardic.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paret deltar p\u00e5 flere timer hver uke, og i \u00e5r deltok de for f\u00f8rste gang p\u00e5 Fornebul\u00f8pet i B\u00e6rum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Naardic gj\u00f8r det enkelt \u00e5 prioritere og velge egen helse. Det ble en helt ny treningshverdag for oss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekteparet trener n\u00e5 mer enn noen gang og har ingen planer om \u00e5 stoppe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det er alltid trening med Naardic, selv p\u00e5 ferie. Da har vi morgengym ute p\u00e5 plenen i Telemark eller l\u00f8petimer p\u00e5 kyststier p\u00e5 S\u00f8rlandet, forteller en blid Eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ketil og Eva sine favoritt\u00f8kter<br><br><\/strong>1. Intervallglede med Eline eller Rune<br>\u00d8kten g\u00e5r tre ganger i uken og kan sees i opptak om tidspunktet for live-timen ikke passer<br><br>2. SomaMove med Inger<br>Denne treningsformen er en fin kombinasjon av mobilitet og styrke med egen kroppsvekt. Du blir sliten p\u00e5 en veldig god m\u00e5te.<br><br>3. Evening Strong med Annema<br>Dette er en styrke\u00f8kt som trener hele kroppen. Utf\u00f8res med egen kroppsvekt og enkelt utstyr.<br><br>4. VikingStrong med Hallvar<br>En krevende styrke\u00f8kt med vekter.
