Etter flere \u00e5r med fokus p\u00e5 tung styrketrening med stang, frivekter og maskiner, oppdaget jeg at selv om kroppen var sterk, var den ikke fri for skavanker. Med en skulder som murra og en rygg som knurra, begynte jeg \u00e5 s\u00f8ke etter \u00f8velser og utstyr som kunne v\u00e6re snillere mot kroppen. Valget falt p\u00e5 en kettlebell-sertifisering med Steve Maxwell, en amerikansk sortbelte i BJJ, kjent for sine blomk\u00e5l\u00f8rer, unike matvaner og ekspertise i trening med helst\u00f8pte jernkuler. Fra f\u00f8rste swing var jeg hektet, og siden den gang har kettlebells v\u00e6rt mitt foretrukne treningsverkt\u00f8y.<br><br><a href=\"https:\/\/app.naardic.no\/home\/timeplan\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bli med p\u00e5 Naardic sine kettlebell-\u00f8kter!<\/a><br><br><strong>S\u00e5, hva er det som gj\u00f8r kettlebell-trening s\u00e5 bra?<br><br><\/strong>For meg \u00e5pnet kettlebell-trening et helt nytt univers av styrketrening. Det er ikke bare utrolig g\u00f8y; det utfordrer ogs\u00e5 kroppsbeherskelsen, styrken, mobiliteten og balansen din. Kroppen ble sterkere uten smertene, og jeg ble mer fleksibel selv uten yoga. N\u00e5r teknikken satt, flyten kom, og jeg kunne eksperimentere med intensitet og variasjon, ble treningen ikke bare effektiv, men ogs\u00e5 g\u00f8y. Aldri mer m\u00e5tte jeg vente p\u00e5 et ledig squat-rack \u2013 med et ledig hj\u00f8rne p\u00e5 gymmet hadde jeg alltid plass til en effektiv kettlebell-\u00f8kt.<br><br>Med bare 1-2 kettlebells kan du trene hele kroppen. Variasjonen av \u00f8velser som swings, cleans, presses og goblet squats trener alt fra kjernen til ben og overkropp. Du f\u00e5r ikke bare en solid og generell styrketrening for hele kroppen, men ogs\u00e5 utholdenhet, koordinasjon, balanse og smidighet.<br><br>Siden du ikke trenger mange kettlebells for en god trenings\u00f8kt, er det perfekt for hjemmetrening, da det tar lite plass. Nybegynnere klarer seg godt med 1-2 kuler, mens doble kuler kan \u00f8ke belastningen for de mer erfarne.<br><br><strong>Hvilken vekt b\u00f8r du starte med?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.naardic.no\/web-shop\/products\/kettlebells\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kj\u00f8p dine nye kettlebells fra v\u00e5r nettbutikk!<\/a><br><br>Dette sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let f\u00e5r jeg ofte fra nybegynnere. Mange velger for lette kettlebells av frykt for skader. Ironisk nok kan for lette kettlebells faktisk \u00f8ke risikoen for feil teknikk sammenlignet med passende eller litt tyngre vekter.<br><br>For eksempel, hvis du starter med en 6kg kettlebell for en eksplosiv \u00f8velse som swing, kan det hende at du overbelaster armene i stedet for \u00e5 bruke sete- og l\u00e5rmusklene. Jeg opplevde dette selv under min sertifisering da jeg startet med en 8kg kettlebell for swings og cleans, og kl\u00f8net det til fordi vekten var for lett. Da jeg gikk opp til 12kg, falt alt p\u00e5 plass, og jeg forsto hvordan jeg skulle generere kraft i hvert l\u00f8ft.<br><br>Den ideelle vekten vil variere avhengig av treningsniv\u00e5, kj\u00f8nn og styrke, men her er noen generelle retningslinjer:<br><br><strong>Nybegynner kvinner:<\/strong>&nbsp;Start med en kettlebell p\u00e5 8-12 kg. Er du allerede sterk, kan 10-16 kg v\u00e6re passende. Et dobbelt sett av 10-12 kg kan v\u00e6re nyttig for tyngre trening.<br><strong>Nybegynner menn:&nbsp;<\/strong>Jeg anbefaler vanligvis 12-16 kg, men hvis du har erfaring med styrketrening, kan 14-20 kg v\u00e6re mer passende.<br><br>Begynn med en vekt som f\u00f8les h\u00e5ndterbar for grunnleggende \u00f8velser som swings, cleans, deadlifts, goblet og l\u00e6r deg god teknikk s\u00e5 h\u00e5per jeg du blir like hekta som meg.&nbsp;<br><br>P\u00e5 Naardic har vi timen &#8221;Kettlebell Basic&#8221;, hvor nybegynnere f\u00e5r muligheten til \u00e5 l\u00e6re grunnleggende teknikker for de viktigste kettlebell-\u00f8velsene. For de som allerede behersker grunnteknikkene og \u00f8nsker \u00e5 utfordre seg selv ytterligere, har vi timen &#8221;Kettlebell Advanced&#8221;.
