Pr\u00f8v et nytt(skole)\u00e5rsforsett"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Trening er et av de vanligste nytt\u00e5rsforsettene, som regel i form av \u201ctrene mer\u201d eller \u201ctrene regelmessig.\u201d Samtidig er januar kanskje det d\u00e5rligst mulige tidspunktet \u00e5 pr\u00f8ve \u00e5 komme i gang med treningen! Det er m\u00f8rkt og kaldt ute, juleferien er nettopp over, og lommeboka er litt slunken. Ikke rart de f\u00e6rreste vanene vi pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 skape ikke varer til p\u00e5ske. Kanskje du skal pr\u00f8ve ny trening etter sommeren?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trening-med-fullt-batteri\">Trening med fullt batteri<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sommerferien er gjerne mer avslappende enn juleferien, med rolige dager p\u00e5 hytta, i hagen eller p\u00e5 stranda. N\u00e5 som august er kommet og skolestart n\u00e6rmer seg, er det fortsatt relativt fullt p\u00e5 batteriet ditt. Selv om h\u00f8sten n\u00e6rmer seg er det lenge til solen g\u00e5r ned f\u00f8r du er hjemme fra jobb, eller du m\u00e5 pakke deg inn i to boblejakker f\u00f8r du g\u00e5r til bussen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-skolestart-er-den-beste-tiden-for-en-ny-begynnelse\">Skolestart er den beste tiden for en ny begynnelse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Uansett om du skal tilbake til skolebenken eller ikke, det finnes ikke noe bedre tidspunkt \u00e5 skape seg nye, gode treningsvaner som kan holde til b\u00e5de jul og p\u00e5ske! <br>Det er flere grunner til at trening etter sommeren kan skape en god treningsvane som varer:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sommerferien har avbrutt en del av de vante m\u00f8nstrene v\u00e5re, noe som gj\u00f8r det enklere \u00e5 komme inn i nye vaner. Trening var kanskje ikke en del av ferien din, og dette har gitt deg noen nye perspektiver? Du trenger ikke mye tid i hverdagen for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re en forskjell p\u00e5 helse og energiniv\u00e5.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvis du venter med trening til senere p\u00e5 h\u00f8sten, f\u00e5r du st\u00f8rre motb\u00f8r av m\u00f8rketiden og effekten dette har p\u00e5 hum\u00f8r og motivasjon. D\u00f8rstokkmila er lengre i november enn i august (selv om vi i Naardic har avskaffet den!). Ved \u00e5 starte trening i august har du hele tre m\u00e5neder f\u00f8r vi kommer dit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvis du liker \u00e5 trene p\u00e5 treningsstudio (vi vet at dere finnes der ute, selv om vi foretrekker \u00e5 trene hjemme!) s\u00e5 er det alltid bedre plass i august og september enn i januar og februar. Det er ogs\u00e5 mye hyggeligere med en l\u00f8petur en varm h\u00f8stkveld enn en sur og v\u00e5t novembermorgen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sammenlign dette med januar. Treningssentrene er stappfulle, det er sn\u00f8 og is p\u00e5 den vanlige l\u00f8peturen din, og juleribba ligger fortsatt der som ekstra ballast. Er det ikke bedre \u00e5 komme i gang med trening etter sommeren, n\u00e5r naturen spiller p\u00e5 lag? S\u00e5 kan januar brukes til skiturer og varm kakao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hva-bor-en-treningsplan-inneholde\">Hva b\u00f8r en treningsplan inneholde?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det viktigste er at du legger opp til trening du faktisk liker. Det er ikke noe poeng i \u00e5 lage en treningsplan full av elghufs og bakkeintervaller hvis det du liker best er dans eller pilates. Det er likevel noen ting du b\u00f8r passe p\u00e5:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Treningen b\u00f8r inneholde flere \u00f8kter hvor du f\u00e5r opp pulsen nok til at du ikke kan holde en samtale g\u00e5ende. Med andre ord, h\u00f8y intensitet og intervaller. Dette er en <a href=\"https:\/\/miahealth.no\/forskningen-bak-aq\">tidseffektiv form for trening som hjelper b\u00e5de hjertet, hjernen og resten av kroppen<\/a>. Husk at \u201cintensitet\u201d defineres ut fra ditt eget utgangspunkt! Hvis du er utrent, s\u00e5 kan du oppn\u00e5 dette ved \u00e5 g\u00e5 raskt opp en lang bakke, eller med sirkeltrening p\u00e5 stuegulvet.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Du b\u00f8r (m\u00e5!) inkludere <a href=\"https:\/\/naardic.no\/styrketrening\/\">styrketrening<\/a>. Du trenger ikke l\u00f8fte tunge vekter eller bekymre deg for at musklene dine skal se ut som en bodybuilders. Styrketrening \u00f8ker muskelmassen din, men har ogs\u00e5 positive effekter p\u00e5 hjernen og kroppens forbrenning. For kvinner er det spesielt viktig for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 benskj\u00f8rhet senere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mobilitet, fleksibilitet og restitusjon. Husk \u00e5 legge inn noen \u201cmyke\u201d treninger.
