Samtidig som det med mange av sine stillinger, eller asanas som det heter p\u00e5 yogispr\u00e5ket, utfordrer b\u00e5de styrke, balanse og mobilitet.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Hva er yoga?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ved f\u00f8rste \u00f8yekast kan yoga virke som en serie av fysiske \u00f8velser og posisjoner, men det er s\u00e5 mye mer! Yoga er en praksis som kombinerer pusteteknikker, fysiske \u00f8velser og meditasjon for \u00e5 gj\u00f8re deg avslappet og sterk p\u00e5 samme tid.
