Likevel er det kun 3 av 10&nbsp;nordmenn&nbsp;som m\u00f8ter FHIs anbefalinger om fysisk aktivitet. Med hverdagens plikter og ansvar kan det fort virke h\u00e5pl\u00f8st \u00e5 sette av flere timer til treningssenteret hver uke.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den gode nyheten er at 20 minutter med \u00f8kt puls om dagen er nok til \u00e5 n\u00e5 anbefalingene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og du beh\u00f8ver ikke dra ut av huset for \u00e5 f\u00e5 en effektiv \u00f8kt. En treningsmatte p\u00e5 stuegulvet er alt du trenger for \u00e5 komme i ditt i livs beste form.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-skikkelig-heldig-og-litt-lur\"><br>Skikkelig heldig og litt lur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cecilie Udjus har alltid likt \u00e5 v\u00e6re aktiv og trente lenge p\u00e5 senter. Livet som ten\u00e5ringsmor f\u00f8rte likevel til et ufrivillig treningsopphold.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Det som ofte gj\u00f8r trening vanskelig \u00e5 gjennomf\u00f8re, er tiden det tar. Man skal pakke bagen, kj\u00f8re til senteret, finne parkering, prate med kjentfolk, sier hun og fortsetter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Og alt det er utenom selve \u00f8kten. Det sier seg selv at det er vanskelig \u00e5 f\u00e5 til flere ganger i uken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da hun i 2020 ble medlem av Naardic, merket hun raskt at dette var noe hun ville fortsette med.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg f\u00f8ler meg skikkelig heldig og litt lur som trener med Naardic. Jeg har s\u00e5 stor frihet til \u00e5 trene n\u00e5r som helst og hvor som helst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I tillegg til stor treningsfrihet roser Cecilie trenerne hos Naardic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 M\u00e5ten de ser hvert enkelt medlem gj\u00f8r at det f\u00f8les som man trener med en personlig trener hver gang. Men jeg hadde jo aldri kj\u00f8pt meg s\u00e5 mange PT-timer ellers.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.naardic.no\/home\/plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meld deg inn i dag!<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/naardic.no\/b863dca3-8bba-4529-8cbe-ed742b78db9d\" alt=\"\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trening-har-aldri-vaert-mer-lystbetont\">Trening har aldri v\u00e6rt mer lystbetont<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Med Naardics fulle timeplan er det enkelt \u00e5 presse inn en trenings\u00f8kt \u2013 selv i en full kalender. Naardic har \u00f8kter fra 06.00 og helt til 22.00 om kvelden.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Hverdagen er jo hektisk, og man tenker man ikke rekker \u00e5 trene. Men s\u00e5 ser man kanskje at man har en time eller en halvtime ledig, og da rekker man \u00e5 slenge seg med p\u00e5 den \u00f8kten som g\u00e5r, sier Cecilie og fortsetter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg trener mye mer n\u00e5 enn tidligere, og det har aldri v\u00e6rt mer lystbetont. Jeg pr\u00f8ver stadig \u00e5 verve familie og venner, og noen har det jo blitt, sier hun lattermildt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Med Naardic kan vi trene sammen selv om vi er forskjellige steder. Vi kan snakke sammen under \u00f8kten og det blir bare veldig sosialt og trivelig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hos Naardic er treningstimene live. Det gj\u00f8r at det sitter lenge inne \u00e5 droppe \u00f8kten, if\u00f8lge Cecilie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Man f\u00f8ler en forpliktelse til \u00e5 m\u00f8te p\u00e5 timen man har meldt seg p\u00e5, og det gj\u00f8r at man gjennomf\u00f8rer p\u00e5 dager det ikke frister like mye. Det er bedre drahjelp enn man skulle tro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kom-i-superform\">Kom i superform<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En dag Cecilie var klar til \u00e5 rulle ut treningsmatten p\u00e5 stuegulvet, ville mannen v\u00e6re med p\u00e5 trenings\u00f8kten \u2013 til Cecilies store overraskelse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Han la merke til at jeg hadde blitt s\u00e5 sterk. Og siden den gang har han v\u00e6rt med sporadisk, sier hun og fortsetter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Vi trener mobilitets\u00f8velser og andre ting han sjelden gj\u00f8r alene, men som er s\u00e5 viktig jo eldre man blir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Han driver med flere andre aktiviteter, men treningen med Naardic er bra supplering for all annen aktivitet, understreker hun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siden hun startet i 2020, merker Cecilie stor forskjell p\u00e5 kroppen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Naardic har v\u00e6rt en \u00abgamechanger\u00bb for meg. Jeg har aldri v\u00e6rt i bedre form og det er s\u00e5 g\u00f8y.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I dag tester Cecilie stadig nye treningsformer. Hun synes det er mindre skummelt n\u00e5r hun kan gj\u00f8re det fra eget hjem. Selv treningsformer hun ikke har v\u00e6rt glad i tidligere, har hun l\u00e6rt seg \u00e5 like med riktig veiledning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Jeg er ikke glad i \u00e5 l\u00f8pe, men i det siste har jeg pr\u00f8vd meg p\u00e5 intervaller.
