Mange tenker l\u00f8ping n\u00e5r de h\u00f8rer intervalltrening, men det kan v\u00e6re sykling, ski, sirkeltrening, HIIT eller lignende. Felles for denne type trening er at \u00f8kten er oppstykket i perioder med h\u00f8y intensitet og perioder med lavere intensitet eller pauser.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finnes et hav av ulike typer intervall\u00f8kter. Og det er ikke \u00e9n type som er mye bedre enn alle andre. Det viktigste er at du finner en type som du trives med!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En typisk intervall\u00f8kt er 4&#215;4. Etter oppvarming kj\u00f8rer man 4 minutter h\u00f8y intensitet etterfulgt av for eksempel 2 minutter pause eller lav intensitet. Deretter er det 4 minutter h\u00f8y intensitet igjen. For dem som bruker pulsklokke og kjenner makspulsen sin, vil h\u00f8y intensitet si 85-95% av makspuls. Dette er en intensitet hvor du ikke orker \u00e5 snakke, men husk ogs\u00e5 at du ikke skal trene hardere enn at du klarer siste intervall med samme intensitet\/fart som f\u00f8rste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>45\/15 er en annen type intervall med 45min sekunder hardt arbeid og 15 sekunder pause. 20\/10 eller pyramide er andre varianter. Pr\u00f8v deg gjerne frem for \u00e5 finne intervall\u00f8kter som du trives med og varier gjerne mellom noen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er mange som tenker at intervalltrening er for dem som allerede er i god form, som toppidrettsut\u00f8vere eller supermosjonister. Men tvert imot er dette en treningsform som er for alle! De som har st\u00f8rst gevinst av intervalltrening er de som ikke har trent s\u00e5 mye f\u00f8r. Det er dokumentert at dette er faktisk den mest effektive m\u00e5ten \u00e5 komme i god form p\u00e5! S\u00e5 hva venter du p\u00e5?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hos Naardic har vi tre \u00f8kter per uke som heter Intervallglede. De varer i 35minutter og varierer mellom hvordan type intervall som kj\u00f8res hver uke. HIIT (high intensity interval training) er en annen type intervalltime som vi har flere ganger i uken. I tillegg er det ogs\u00e5 den beste m\u00e5ten \u00e5 fremme god helse og holde seg frisk b\u00e5de fysisk og mentalt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God trening!
