Hvordan kan vi finne en god balanse mellom disse tilsynelatende motstridende behovene? Er det faktisk en motsetning mellom \u00e5 kose seg i julen, og \u00e5 holde seg i god form? Aktivitet kan faktisk gj\u00f8re at vi slapper bedre av resten av tiden, slik at en kort trenings\u00f8kt hver dag gir deg den mest avslappende juleferien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-finn-roen-med-aktivitet\">Finn roen med aktivitet<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Det handler ikke om \u00e5 velge mellom hvile og trening \u2013 de to utfyller hverandre perfekt. En yoga-time, en rolig g\u00e5tur i vinterlandskapet eller en morsom Zumba-\u00f8kt kan v\u00e6re mer avslappende enn \u00e5 ligge p\u00e5 sofaen. Sirkeltrening, intervalltrening og korte \u00f8kter som ab burn, arms burn og glute burn setter fart p\u00e5 forbrenningen og f\u00e5r den gode f\u00f8lelsen tilbake.
