The body has been through major changes in a short time, and responds incredibly well to exercise that builds up the body. The advantage of the program is that we ensure that you train both gently AND effectively. The exercises are chosen to build the body up step by step, from the inside out. We focus on strengthening muscles such as the pelvic floor, abdomen and back. In addition, we train strength around the pelvis, glutes and other large muscle groups. Last but not least; beneficial exercises that loosen up stiff muscles after carrying and feeding the little ones.
Setting aside time for yourself and exercise is important, especially after the work the body has done with pregnancy and childbirth. We need both the strength and not least the energy and surplus that is required as a mom of young children. There are hardly any better investments than building good habits to strengthen your own body. Once you get started, and the habits are in place, half the job is done.

Anette Bonnez is a physiotherapist and master trainer in pilates. She has almost 20 years of experience in training moms after pregnancy, and is a specialist in the field. Now YOU can train with Anette and get her expertise, guidance and training; right at home in YOUR living room! When you follow the classes live, you also have the opportunity to ask questions. Afterwards, you can run the classes for up to 30 days.
In contrast to most forms of online training, Naardic is designed so that the trainer can see you doing the exercises, give you feedback, and cheer you on. A much more personal experience than YouTube videos. But, if you have a “bad hair day” or the living room is messy, just turn off the camera.
