Join a lunch workout with Naardic! 

Every week, we have in total nine different lunch classes between 11.00 and 13.00 you can attend to give yourself a break from work. This will leave you with a better ability to cope with stress, more energy, increased wellbeing and better chance of achieving what you envision for that day.

Monday - Pilates with Marthe at 12.15 (30 min)


Tuesday - Slow Flow Yoga at 11.00 (40 min)


Wednesday - Full body strenght and Full body blast with
Cooper at 12.00 and 12.30 (25 min)


Friday - Lunch Zumba with Cathrine at 12.00 (30 min)


Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri - Core & Floor with Hedvig at 11:00
