Naardic is now opening for private training sessions online and want to help you reach your goals!

Trainers


Marthe 



Marthe is a trained sports teacher at the Norwegian Sports Academy.Later she trained as a muscle therapist and established her own company: Massasjekompaniet, where she is the manager director. As a trainer (and therapist), Marthe wants to spread the joy of movement, and knowledge to be able to live with a strong and functional body, despite injuries - / and or pain.

Rune 

Rune has worked as a personal trainer since 2007 with Yngvar Andersen as a mentor the first years. Since 2010, he started a training studio called Mykjemeir in Asker. Variety, joy, and mastery are important keywords in his lessons. Rune himself is an avid runner, mostly focusing on marathons in recent years.*

Cooper

 
The past 6 years, Cooper has divided his time amongst several fitness centers and clinics working as a personal trainer, circuit-training aerobics instructor, and rehabilitation specialist.  His work as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach has assisted a wide variety of fitness goals including weight-loss, mass-building, strength-building, and rehabilitation. He was worked with various athletes of nearly every sport, including competitive runners, lifters, swimmers, and triathletes.

Hedvig

 

For the past seven years, Hedvig has worked as a personal trainer and during that time she has trained countless women through their pregnancy and postpartum. She has a holistic focus, where the exercises are about enabling good functionality, cooperation in the body, and movements that make you more equipped to meet the various challenges life brings. You will leave the class with a smile and tons of extra energy. She is a certified pre/post-partum trainer.
